About Alex Good

A compassionate

companion

I believe in respecting people as they are in the moment. My interests lie in helping clients find their truth within themselves. Opening up painful memories and exploring traumatic experiences can be frightening. I offer a safe space for all people to explore these things without judgement or a preconceived idea of what the goal should be. The pace, intensity, and direction of therapeutic sessions are constantly held by the client. I choose therapeutic modalities based on the needs of the client. I have a particular affinity toward play-based therapy, cognitive processing therapy, narrative therapy, and Internal Family Systems Therapy.

When not working with clients, you may find me riding my bike, playing music, or hiking and climbing in the hills.
